LIFE MOVES IN RHYTHMS AND PATTERNS

Many years ago sitting in women’s circles and looking into the changing planet, I realized there was a call for a new type of leadership. More than ever we need ordinary people to step into roles of teaching, healing, and mentoring others with integrity.

Given my years in educational leadership, my training in astrology and numerology, and Human Systems Dynamics, I became excited about helping people discover their purpose and gifts.

CALLED TO SERVE

The tipping point for me was when I mentored a few people informally and watched them succeed.

I feel the call to serve others in this way. I derive great satisfaction from helping people launch their creations, develop their confidence, and blossom.

I see a tremendous potential across the globe for beneficial change to virtually every area of life many talented people brimming with ideas, and I can help.

The key word in the previous sentence is “potential.” There are opportunities to build sustainable lifestyles, fair and just economies, new health systems, and businesses that provide innovations for enhanced living. In my experience the one factor that moves potential to reality is leadership.

A simple definition of a leader is an individual who helps bring positive change and who believes in a better tomorrow.

My life’s work has been to find and support leaders. Sometimes it happened as part of my role in administration. Sometimes it happened by accident.

When I encounter someone with an optimistic and powerful view for the future, I enjoy working with that person to bring out his/her skills and abilities. Often the are promoted in the organization they work for, find a new position or launch their own business. Years later, I tend to find them continuing to lead meaningful change.

MY FORMAL BACKGROUND

I have lived in countries across the globe and studied education specifically focused on language, culture. I hold a masters’ degree in school leadership, have written publications and journal articles. My work expanded into the nonprofit sector leading high performing teams.

My life experience as well as my studies in Hebrew numerology, and Evolutionary Astrology give me a unique perspective on the soul's journey.

My work with Human Systems Dynamics taught me that when faced with transitions in life or work it is best to stand in inquiry to open up possibilities.

MY INITIATION INTO THE WORLD OF SPIRIT

My life was full of twists and turns which left me wondering what life was trying to teach me. Often it wasn't clear. I attended different religious studies, researched cultures and ancient texts. it was then that I encountered the ancient Hebrew numerology that holds the soul blueprint. It contained the information I was looking for. My abilities, calling, and challenges were clearly outlined.

I began to delve into different aspects of spirituality. My life would take me to meet world leaders such as the Dalai Lama, Grandmother Flordemayo of the 13 Indigenous Grandmothers and Mother Meera. They all found their calling.

Compassionate leadership is so needed today. There is a need for everyday people to step forward into their callings so as to bring about the changes we seek.

My studies in Organizational Management, Administration paired with Evolutionary Astrology, Numerology, Soul Blueprints are now part of what I offer to the next generation of leaders.
